With Love from Suffolk
From 2015 to early 2016, FILM Suffolk produced a crowd-funded feature film comprised of eight funny and heart-warming tales, all set in Suffolk. With the help of over 200 volunteers from the region we filmed over the Summer of 2015 with a cash budget of only £6000, but in-kind support from countless businesses and individuals. The film has been shown in many local cinemas and is now available on DVD with all proceeds going to our next project. THANK YOU everyone for his amazing effort!
With Love from Suffolk is a warm, funny and heartfelt anthology feature made up of eight stories about love, relationships and the people who call Suffolk home. Moving between romance, comedy and drama, the film celebrates the county’s landscapes, communities and character while telling a collection of very human stories about connection, chance encounters and unexpected turns. Created by filmmakers from across the region, it’s a love letter to Suffolk in every sense — and is now available to watch online.
