How do I make a booking?
To comply with strict regulations from our insurer prior to any first time hire we’ll need the following from you:-
– Photo ID (UK Driving License or Passport)
– 2 proofs of address (dated within the last 3-months)
– Hired-in equipment insurance to cover the value of kit you’d like to hire from us.
– 2 references from companies you have previously hired equipment from.
– Completed hire agreement form and a signed copy of our T&C’s.
For new customers we ask that you allow 5 working days for us to complete our new customer checks.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
To secure your booking we require a 20% deposit. Should the booking get cancelled by you more than 7 days prior to the hire date, the deposit will be refunded to you in full. No refunds can take place if the booking is canceled after that.
Do you provide student discounts?
We’re always looking to help out where we can, so if you need kit for a student or not-for-profit project please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
Do you take card payments?
We are able to take card payments at the office when the kit is collected. We accept Mastercard, Maestro and Visa cards. Card payments are subject to a 1.5% fee.
Do you provide training?
Yes we do! If you’re looking to get your head around a new piece of kit we’ll happily show you how it works before your hire begins. We also hold training events throughout the year. Sign up to our newsletter to keep informed of upcoming classes.
Do you deliver kit?
We’re happy to deliver and collect the kit, just let us know the address and we’ll happily supply a quote.
